Practice sessions

Most students don't have their own pole at home (at least to begin with) so practice times give students another chance outside their regular classes to refine their skills and prefect their technique. Costs are subsidized out of course fess to keep the costs as low as possible, as such these are only available to enrolled students viagra pharmacie sans ordonnance.

For safety reasons only moves taught within pole classes and workshops by 3D Staff (or Visiting Instructors) are able to be performed within the studio during practice times, you may not attempt any pole moves in these sessions that are not in the curriculum or that are not directly taught to you by authorized staff. There are 3 options available for practice times.

Pole Jam:

  • $15 casual or $70 for a pack of 6

Pole Jam sessions are an open practice time for all levels of students to practice what they have been learning in classes or workshops. An instructor will be available to do a warm up and cool down and assist with tips and spotting as needed but will not teach any new moves or go over any content missed through students not attending their regularly scheduled classes.

Unsupervised Practice:

  • $10 casual or $45 for a pack of 6

These are an open practice time for mixed level students above Intermediate 1 level to practice what they have been learning in classes or workshops. There is no instructor available during these sessions to assist and as such students are responsible for doing their own warm up and cool down when attending these sessions. Students may assist each other by spotting for more difficult moves however for safety reasons students may not teach each other new moves or missed content and if found to be doing so will be excluded from further participation in these sessions.

Practice Room Hire:

  • Enrolled students $45 single / $130 for 4 sessions
  • Non-enrolled students $55 casual rate

Similar to unsupervised practice times there is no instructor available during these sessions to assist, this is a private hire of the small training room for choreography practice etc, as such students are responsible for doing their own warm up and cool down when attending these sessions. Students are not permitted to have anyone else attend private practice of this kind without prior consent from management.
