Pol-Arise Classes L POLE ESSENTIALS (beginners) For the first time Pole Dancer. In this course you’ll learn a number of basic moves and spins and start to build your upper body strength and flexibility and learn to climb the pole. By the end of this course, you will have learnt your first routine and be going upside down. P1 GET VERTICAL (intermediate 1) Is for girls who’ve completed Pole Essentials and are ready for some more challenging moves. We’ll continue to build your strength and perfect the moves already learnt, as well as teach you some more challenging moves and routines. P2 POLE EVOLUTION (intermediate 2) Once you've completed Get Vertical, you can move into our Advanced courses. We'll continue to challenge your mind and body and teach you heaps of fantastic new tricks. J1,2 JUNKIES 1 & 2 (advanced) By this stage, you're addicted! Our Pole Junkies continue to learn some really tricky moves, create their own routines and more. S POL-R-TEASE (strength & conditioning) Not quite as strong or fit as you’d like to be? Try our 45min Pol-r-tease class as a 2nd class to compliment your regular class or take it on its own if you want to focus on building some serious strength. You’ll be fitter, stronger and more flexible in no time and be able to do all those pole moves that require extra strength. M M-POWER (cardio pole) This new 45 minute Cardio Pole class is designed to get you fit and improve your stamina. You'll be learning a simple intermediate level choreographed pole routine each week, which will leave you happy, healthy and breathless....for more! Take it as a 2nd class or as an alternative to your normal instructional pole class.
PRIVATE LESSONS - PERSONAL COACHING Would you prefer one-to-one tuition, do you want to brush up on some extra pole skills or are you preparing for competition? Take a 45 minute Private Lesson or Personal Coaching sessions with your Instructor of choice. $110 (Non-Students) - $90 (Current Students)
POLE PREVIEW If you’re not sure if pole is for you, a pole preview class is a two week introductory course which will give you a sneak peek into what pole is all about and help you make up your mind about which course to do next. ($55.00 for 2 weeks) Contact the studio or check our timetable for upcoming session times.
Other Classes STRETCH FLEX ROLL (SFR) SFR uses stretching and lengthening movements with controlled breathing techniques to re-train the muscles to become more flexible. It also involves spending time with foam rollers for Myofascial release of tight sore muscles. This class is designed to complement our pole courses through lengthening the muscles and increasing your range of movement. This will enhance your ability to execute pole moves, specifically more advanced pole tricks which require greater flexibility. |
