Once you have become addicted, we encourage you to consider taking up a VIP Silver or Gold Membership. Our memberships are offered at no additional cost to you. If you can commit to either 6 months or 12 months of continual classes with 3D Fitness Studio, we’ll say thank you by rewarding you with discounts on your classes and other products and services. If you want to become a member download our Membership Agreement and return to the studio along with a completed Direct Debit form. |

VIP GOLD (12 Months) – As a thankyou for your commitment to us you’ll receive 10% discount on all Classes, Clothing, Dance Poles and any other products we stock. Your Gold Membership can also be suspended for up to 4 weeks in any membership period if you are unable to attend classes for a couple of weeks due to business or holidays.
