We have TWO new instructors to welcome and a NEW class called Pole Cardio!
First up is Madii, who has worked on and off with 3D Fitness Studio down through the years. We are so excited to have her back and just love her enthusiasm! She will be hosting our NEW Pole Cardio - Intro to Pole Flow class, on every Wednesday at 4:30pm - 5:15pm.
This class promises to get your heart rate up and bring on a sweat! You will learn a new routine each week, consisting of fun choreography incorporating lots of spins. There is a prerequisite of completion of Beginners 1. We don't recommend wearing heels as these classes are high energy!
Our other new instructor is Kelly, an amazing gymnastics coach that we are very honoured to have on board! She has been part of the gymnastics community for over 30 years and a coach for over 15 years! She will be taking Wednesdays Conditioning and also Flexibility classes, and we know we are going to learn so much from her. We can't wait!
