Happy New Year to everyone, from your new studio owners – Ciara, Mari and Siobhan! Here’s to the best one yet!! We would firstly like to apologise for the studio silence over the last few weeks, we have been very busy facilitating the studio handover and working in the background to get us prepared for the New Year and all that is to come! We have lots planned for 3D Fitness Studio in 2023, and can’t wait to take you all with us on this exciting journey ahead - so watch this space! We are kicking off 2023 with a short, week long holiday timetable and opening up some classes that will let you ease back into training and get the blood flowing after all the indulging and festivities!
