This Christmas timetable contains:
❄️ Opens classes - instructor led training sessions for all levels! The instructor will provide assistance, combos and challenges to keep your strength training up! (Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite)
❄️ Doubles Tricks (pole / acro) - partner up and have some fun off and on the pole! No need to worry if you don't have a pole partner, we can assist!
❄️ Pole Flow Tricks and Transitions - Jodie will teach us more complicated and isolated tricks to increase our pole flow skills! (Prerequisite enrolment in Beginners 3)
❄️ Pole Cardio - Madii will take us through very fun and cardio-based pole routines, for a fun, sweaty workout! (Prerequisite completion of Beginners 1)
❄️ Flex'n'Flow - Kelsey takes us through a sensual 30minute warm-up with the lights out, to go into our active splits training!
❄️ Conditioning / Flexibility - our usual classes, to keep us nimble and strong!
❄️ Butt Burner - get a juicy tush with this targeted butt burning workout!
❄️ Pole Jam - time to work on your homework / other sides / faff / yap
We will also have a Come And Try on the 4th of January at 1pm, in association with Healthy Darwin, tickets are live on Eventbrite now!
