COVID-19 Modified trading conditions

3D Fitness Studio has now submitted its COVID-19 Safety Plan and is taking steps to embrace ‘the new normal’ in the NT. To ensure we not only meet our obligations but also keep everyone in our premises as safe as possible we ask all staff and students to confirm their understanding and agreement to the below COVID-19 Principles and changed trading conditions at the studio.

Physical distancing: • A minimum space of 1.5 metres between you and other people that aren’t from your household must be maintained where practical. • If you need to be facing another person and closer than 1.5 metres apart minimise contact and practice good hygiene.

Hygiene principles • Avoid touching your face and always cough or sneeze into a tissue or into your elbow. • Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or use hand sanitiser before and after any contact with surfaces used by more than one person.

3D Specific Changes • No spectators/children to attend the studio, only enrolled class participants and instructors. • If anyone is unwell and displaying cold or flu like symptoms you are asked not to attend, if you attend the studio and are clearly ill you will not be able to participate in (or teach) classes and will be asked to leave (please be considerate of others and don’t make our team have to enforce this). • A waiting area will be set-up in the carpark directly outside the door for student use. Please only arrive a maximum of 10 minutes before your scheduled class and wait in your car if waiting area is too full to maintain social distancing, staff will let you into the studio once the previous class has exited. • Sanitiser and/or hand wash will be provided at entrance as well as within the studio, all persons entering the studio are encouraged to utilise these freely. • Please bring own towel/mat/gloves/kneepads etc if you wish to use them, those previously shared items that are unable to be easily sanitised have been removed. • No equipment sharing will be conducted without cleaning in between, students are asked to please use provided cleaning materials and clean their poles before and after use to assist us in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. • Cleaning/changeover times between classes are being established to enable staff to sanitise common use areas, as much as we love to chat with students please ensure you collect your belongings and move out of the studio as quickly as possible to allow our staff to perform required tasks between sessions. • Where possible we would prefer all bookings and payments to be conducted online and ask for student assistance with this to avoid congestion at the counter. (We will of course accept cash and conduct changes at the desk if required however social distancing must be maintained and we would prefer this kept to a minimum). • Things may change in the studio as the COVID-19 situation progresses, please read and obey all signage and follow any instructions from staff to assist us in keeping safe, and OPEN!!
