The incredibly talented Annalisse Wirtz is hosting another Spin Workshop, while she is here in Darwin, judging the AAPC!
Join Annalisse as she takes us through a variety of shapes on spin with adjustments to suit an array of ability and flexibility levels.
Annalisse will also be teaching us to harness the power and grace of the spinning pole to assist and elevate our transitions between shapes.
Come and join the fun - whether you are new to spin pole, have dabbled or have plenty of experience, all welcome!
