We've added in some Conditioning and Flexibility classes, to aid you in your pole journey. These classes provide extra strength and mobility training and pack quite a workout!
Our Pole Flow routines are now taught over 3 weeks, to give you the best opportunity to polish and perfect the moves and flare. Mari and Jodie are both stunning dancers and movers and their routines are just beautiful!
