INTRO TO PILATES - THIS SUNDAY! Our amazing instructor Jodie is currently undertaking a Comprehensive Reformer and Mat Pilates certification and would love for us all to join her in teaching her Intro To Pilates classes! This class will focus on how to breathe through very controlled and small movements, where technique and correct engagement are paramount! Jodie will take us through this 45 minute class, on weeks 2 (this Sunday!), 3 and 4 of this term, on Sundays at 12pm! Bo

Here is our updated pricelist for Term 2! As always, please make sure to use up ALL credits by end of term, credits will not be carried over. Our Heels Dance class will run from weeks 4-6, so you can purchase the half pack casual class or interchange with Pole Flow!
