INTRO TO PILATES - THIS SUNDAY!
Our amazing instructor Jodie is currently undertaking a Comprehensive Reformer and Mat Pilates certification and would love for us all to join her in teaching her Intro To Pilates classes!
This class will focus on how to breathe through very controlled and small movements, where technique and correct engagement are paramount!
Jodie will take us through this 45 minute class, on weeks 2 (this Sunday!), 3 and 4 of this term, on Sundays at 12pm!
Book in on Xoda now, as a 3 pack or single session!
$10 single session
$28 half pack (3 sessions)
Sundays weeks 2-4
45 minutes duration
Teacher in training session!
No experience or fitness level required!
