People from around the world practice their handstands or drills for every day of the month of February, taking pics in different locations!
We have switched it up this year to Handstand March! So we get 3 extra days of being upside down!
It is a fun and social way to improve confidence in handstands, posting pics to share and encourage each other through social platforms (don't forget to tag us too!).
3D Fitness will also host a Handstand March competition!
The rules:
Do a handstand (or prep/training exercise) per day for the month of March
Post the pic to your socials and tag us
Use different (and safe) locations!
At the end of March there will be a prize for the most creative person......
They will win a $100 gift voucher! This can go towards classes, merchandise or parties!
